3. What we collect

From the hiring brief form: name, company, work email, phone, country, role, worker count, timeline, industry, budget range, preferred contact channel, and any free-text message you provide. We also capture technical metadata (UTM parameters, referrer, hashed IP, user agent) for fraud prevention and attribution.

4. Lawful basis

Processing is based on (a) your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) provided via the consent checkbox on the form, and (b) our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in responding to enquiries about our services.

5. Retention

Personal data submitted via the lead form is retained for 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is anonymised or deleted, unless a contractual relationship has begun.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, port, restrict, object to, and erase your personal data. Email mohit@voynovaglobal.com with the subject "Data subject request" and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share with vetted processors only when needed to deliver the corridor service: hosting (Lovable Cloud / Supabase, EU region), email delivery, and bot-protection (Cloudflare Turnstile).

You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — for Serbia: Poverenik za informacije od javnog značaja i zaštitu podataka o ličnosti; for Greece: HDPA.
